Andreas is a BSc (Building Management) graduate with over 32 years of project, construction and development management experience, 17 years of which is in the UAE. Having worked on several large-scale and iconic hospitality, mixed use, and residential projects, he has gained diverse experience in all facets of project and development management, from project inception, through the design stages, project implementation to final delivery in Africa, the Far East, and the Middle East. Andreas joined Mirage in April 2005 and has during this time led several projects to successful completion having worked with a diverse base of Clients, contractors, and consultants. Andreas is responsible for a portfolio of projects and oversees the performance of various project leaders within Mirage.

A registered Professional Engineer in the US and a member of the Lebanese Order of Engineers, Imad has led complex developments across the US, the Middle East, and North Africa. Mike, an NHD Quantity Surveying graduate, has had over 33 years of construction industry experience in Africa and the Middle East since 1997. He specialises in project management, particularly hospitality projects. He has led major hospitality, mixed-use, and residential developments. Mike is highly respected for his expertise in cost and project management from inception to delivery. Currently, he manages a portfolio of projects and serves as Mirage’s KSA Country Manager.

Riccardo Rabbiolo

With almost 30 years of global expertise in design studios, prestigious architectural firms, and roles with developers and main contractors, I gained the cognitive adaptability needed to thrive in diverse cultural and disciplinary settings. My strong foundation in conceptual design has been instrumental in developing projects that have won competitions, such as the Shenzhen Bao An Tower and the Vanke Meilin HQ Tower in China. My experience encompasses designing major airport terminals, including London Heathrow Terminal 5 and New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport T3, as well as commercial and mixed-use developments. The projects in my portfolio have consistently been of medium to large scale.
